As we move in 2026, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect on what a landmark year 2025 was for Parcel SafePlace by ASK4, and how the progress made in 2025 continues to shape our focus today.
A Year Defined by Scale and Impact
In 2025 alone, Parcel SafePlace supported over 2.8 million parcel deliveries across our portfolio. With peak delivery times consistently occurring between 12–1pm and peak resident collections between 5–6pm, our platform provided valuable insight into how parcels move through multi-tenant buildings on a daily basis.
By digitising the entire parcel journey, reception and site teams saved an average of three minutes per parcel compared to manual logging and resident communication. This equated to more than 16 years of staff time returned to our customers in 2025 alone, time that could be reinvested into resident experience and operational priorities.
Joining the ASK4 Group
2025 also marked a major milestone for Parcel SafePlace as we became part of the ASK4 Group. This step allowed us to accelerate the scale of our solutions, strengthen our technical foundations, and broaden the value we deliver across the living sector.
As part of ASK4’s wider smart building ecosystem, Parcel SafePlace now plays an even more integrated role in supporting connected, efficient, and future-ready buildings.
Reimagining the Parcel Room
Innovation remained a core focus throughout the year. In collaboration with LOFT, Now Student Living and Collegiate UK, we launched a new concept parcel room designed to challenge traditional thinking around post rooms.
The initiative explored how parcel spaces can work harder operationally while also contributing positively to the resident experience, recognising that parcel rooms are no longer back-of-house utilities, but a critical daily touchpoint in modern living environments.
Industry Recognition Again
We were proud to be named Supplier of the Year at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards for the second year running.
The judges commented: “Parcel SafePlace offers an innovative and practical solution for student accommodation, delivering significant time and cost efficiencies. It demonstrates strong sector impact, a forward-thinking approach, and clear, tangible benefits for both students and operators, supported by compelling growth projections and strong credentials.”
