How Parcel SafePlace Works

COURIER DELIVERY…
Couriers deliver directly to your building’s Parcel SafePlace solution using the touchscreen or a smart device to scan package labels with our app.
Our technology matches the label to a resident, with either the door to the room unlocking for a Parcel SafePlace Room, a staff member receiving the parcel for PSP Lite, or the parcel compartment opening for SmartVault, the courier then places the parcel in the desired location.

…RESIDENT NOTIFICATION…
Following delivery, residents are instantly notified that they have a parcel waiting for them and are given a one-time use code to access the Parcel SafePlace room, PSP Lite or SmartVault.

…RESIDENT COLLECTION
At their convenience, residents enter their code at the Parcel SafePlace touch screen or via smart device app to pick up their item. Our system captures a signature and a picture showing proof of pick up.
