If you live in a property with Parcel SafePlace, you should contact your property staff or concierge if you have any questions about the on-site parcel room.
That being said, please see answers for some of the more frequently asked questions.
Please email us on support@parcelsafeplace.com and we will investigate.
If you have trouble accessing your parcel, or have any general queries regarding Parcel SafePlace, please send us an email (support@parcelsafeplace.com) or call us on 020 3823 6942.
If you have already picked up your parcel, you can mark a delivery as ‘collected’ by clicking on the button inside the reminder notification email.
Each building has the flexibility to decide when/if reminder messages are sent, and how often. But generally they go out right away and then after 30, 60, and 90 hours.
You can speak to a staff member at your property to find out your building’s specific policy.
Once you receive your access code, you are free to give it to someone you trust to pick up your parcel for you.
If you aren’t listed on the kiosk, the courier can still deliver your parcel to the secure parcel room. Your building’s reception team will be notified of the delivery and can notify you directly. They can also add you to the system so that you receive notifications going forward.
This depends on your building. Please speak to one of your building’s staff members.
All of the Parcel SafePlace rooms are monitored by CCTV 24/7, 365 days a year. Secure access is only available to couriers, management and residents. Our system lets us know who accesses the parcel room each time, so rest assured your parcel will be safe.
The great news is that if you have a parcel room in your building we can take every type of parcel. (As long as it fits through the door!)
You order the parcel as you always would, entering your address just like normal.
Your parcel will be delivered directly to the secure parcel room in your building. You then receive an email and text message (if opted in), notifying you that your parcel is ready to be collected from the parcel room.
