Your residents’ deliveries secured
Partnered with Amazon Key for Business.
The only parcel logistics solution designed for large residential properties.
With Parcel SafePlace, couriers deliver parcels to a secure room, ready for residents to collect at their convenience. Remove staff from the parcel handling process so they focus on more important tasks.
Parcel SafePlace: More Than Enough Room.
Parcel SafePlace uses innovative technology to allow parcel delivery from all couriers to a secure resident-facing parcel room. Residents retrieve their parcels by entering a unique code and have 24/7 access for complete convenience.
Based on our delivery data of large UK residential buildings, the average BTR property receives around 6 parcels per unit each month. A property with 500 units should prepare to receive 3,100 parcels in a normal month and 4,500 in the peak months of the year, such as November and December. And those numbers will only increase as e-commerce continues to grow.
Parcel SafePlace removes the hassle of managing thousands of parcels, letting you automate the entire process from acceptance to notification and collection. You will save 300 hours in the month of December alone.
We are the only delivery logistics solution able to secure 100% of parcels delivered to large residential properties, regardless of volume or size. Parcel SafePlace is a trusted partner with Amazon, ensuring first time deliveries for your residents.
Your staff’s time is too valuable to spend chasing parcels. Reclaim it with Parcel SafePlace.

“Parcel Safeplace has helped urbanbubble manage the ever-increasing parcels that come through our receptions, freeing our staff to work on more valuable activities like leasing apartments.
It has quickly become one of our most used amenities and residents love knowing their parcels are secure and available for pick-up at their convenience.”Michael Howard – Managing Director, urbanbubble

“We implemented Parcel SafePlace in our Burlington house scheme in 2019, the site went live that year and was the first residential scheme where we moved away from automated lockers and used a parcel room. The site amenity space was tight and we only had staff on site 7am to 7pm so we needed a solution that was space efficient, could be accessed 24/7 and didn’t need interaction from site staff to onboard deliveries. 3 years on and we have had no issues whatsoever with the product, the couriers are all familiar with the process, site staff have no or very little interaction with it and the feedback from residents has been excellent”
Lee Hill Director – Residential Capital Markets JLL

“A great example of where tech meets an established industry to improve efficiency, security, and logistics!”
Ryan Wibisono, – Scheme Host at Sugar House Island, Pod Management.
How Parcel SafePlace Works

COURIER DROP OFF…
Couriers deliver directly to your building’s Parcel SafePlace using the touchscreen and snapping a quick picture of the shipping label.
Our technology matches the label to a resident, with the door to the room unlocking and the courier placing the parcel on the correct shelf.

…RESIDENT NOTIFICATION…
Following delivery, residents are notified about their parcel in the Parcel SafePlace and are given a one-time use code to access the room.

…RESIDENT COLLECTION
Residents enter their code at the Parcel SafePlace touch screen to pick up their item. Our system captures a signature and a picture showing proof of pick up.
