Couriers deliver via our kiosk by scanning package labels.

Our technology matches the label to a resident. The door to automatically opens and the parcel is stored securely (Parcel SafePlace Room or SmartVault), or handed to a staff member (PSP Lite).

RESIDENT NOTIFICATION

Residents receive notifications that the parcel is waiting for them, and a one-time-use code to access it.

RESIDENT COLLECTION

At their convenience residents enter their code at the Parcel SafePlace kiosk to pick up their item. Our system captures a full digital delivery log including a signature and their picture showing proof of pick up.
