  • If you aren’t listed on the kiosk, the courier can still deliver your parcel to the secure parcel room. Your building’s reception team will be notified of the delivery and can notify you directly. They can also add you to the system so that you receive notifications going forward.

  • All of the Parcel SafePlace rooms are monitored by CCTV 24/7, 365 days a year. Secure access is only available to couriers, management and residents. Our system lets us know who accesses the parcel room each time, so rest assured your parcel will be safe.
